Where's Grey been / is Grey mad at me?

I promise I'm not! I get overwhelmed extremely easily and have found that I often need to step away from conversations for a little while. Rest assured - it is not for any personal reason, I am not afraid to be extremely upfront and honest in conversations - so if I have an issue, I will say so directly. I often just hit windows where I need some space.
